He is survived by his wife Sandy Witcher, brother James Witcher, Step-son Curtis Rivera with his wife Tiffany Rivera, and his grandchildren Kyana, Korym, Cassius and Jonathan. ! He was preceded in death by his parents Shelvy and Donna Witcher, and twin brother Vern Witcher! Vernie who is referred to as Vern worked as a fabricator welder in Fresno, He enjoyed the outdoors, deep sea fishing, gold prospecting and cooking a good BBQ.!
