Velma Naomi Rios, 64, Registered Nurse and resident of Lindsay, California passed away on July 4, 2023.

A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 from 2:00 Pm to 7:00 PM.

A Chapel Service will be held on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Webb Sanders & Smith Funeral Home.

A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 after the chapel service.
