Shirley Ann Kelly

Graveside funeral services will be held on Friday, January 8 at 1 PM at Lindsay Cemetery for Shirley Ann Kelly, 85 of Lindsay who passed away December 25. Pastor Rachel Smith will officiate and interment will follow.

Shirley was born September 12, 1935 in Fall River, Massachusetts and was raised in and around New York and Rhode Island before coming to California. She attended Porterville College and College of the Sequoias where she received her degree in Nursing. She worked for Lindsay Hospital for as an ER nurse for many years and then also did in home care for many years. She loved word searches, reading, bingo, bible studies, loved her cats and dogs and helping people.

Shirley was preceded death by her first husband Louie Chirico and by her second husband Joseph Kelly  and her son Manuel Kelly. She is survived by her sons Paul Joseph Kelly of Perris, CA and by Richard Thomas Chirico of Lindsay; three grandchildren and six great grandchildren as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
