Ricardo "Ricky" Sandoval

Ricardo Estrada Sandoval died on January 21st, 2021.  He was born on January 7th, 1990.  He was 31 years old.

Affectionately known as Ricky to family and friends, he was born and raised in Lindsay and attended local schools.  He graduated from LHS in 2008.  Ricky graduated from College of the Sequoias, majored in Art, and received his A.S. degree.

Ricky worked in Entertainment Retail at Game Core in Visalia, CA.  Ricky loved family gatherings and enjoyed spending time with his brother, sister, cousins, friends, enjoyed going to the movies.  Ricky enjoyed working in pottery and all things arts & crafts.  He enjoyed playing MTG (magic trading games), enjoyed painting miniature game pieces in great detail. He enjoyed his once in a life time trip to Barcelona, Spain and saw the arts and many museums.

He was a member of Sacred Heart Church in Lindsay.

Ricky was preceded in death by his mother Rita Estrada (2011), his grandparents Jesse Ponce Estrada (2002), Mary L. Sandoval (2015), uncle Jesse S. Estrada (1980), Marcos G. Holguin (2012).

He is survived by his father Juan Sandoval Ruiz, Mexico, his brother Carlos Sandoval of Lindsay, sister Rosemary Sandoval and niece Antoinette Sandoval DiMaya of Los Angeles. Uncles Frank Estrada (Adriana) of Everson, WA, Fidel Estrada of Lindsay, Raul Estrada (Anita) of Lake Isabella, aunt Rachel E. Holguin of Tulare, numerous cousins and great aunts/ uncles.  He will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
