Jose Guadalupe Castanon Venegas

Jose "Joe" Guadalupe Castanon Venegas, a resident of Porterville, California passed away Saturday, August 31, 2024, at the age of 71. Joe is survived by his wife, Carmen Castanon, his three daughters: Lisa Castanon-Rhodd, Rosie Castanon, and Natalie Castanon, and two grandsons: Issac Herrera and Moses Miranda, two brothers: Sal Castanon and Jesse Castanon, four sisters: Otilia Trujillo, Martha Sanchez, Gracie Galindo, and Carolina Castanon; and many nieces and nephews. Joe is preceded in death by his parents, Jose Castanon and Ricarda Castanon, his brother Robert Castanon, and three sisters, Maria P. Castanon, Hermelinda Castanon, and Mary Sepeda. A viewing service will be held at Webb Sanders & Smith Funeral Home, 163 South Mirage Avenue, Lindsay, California 93247 on September 20, 2024 at 10:00 AM with a chapel service to follow at 11:00 AM.
