Henry Renteria

Henry Renteria of Visalia; our beloved brother and uncle, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday January 13, 2026. He was born in Exeter CA, Dec. 4, 1969, to Margaret and Jesus Renteria. Henry grew up in the Cameron Creek Colony, a country suburb of Visalia. He loved to entertain and was the glue of our family hosting annual Halloween and Christmas Eve. get togethers in which he decorated his home beautifully using lots of vintage pieces he’d collected over the years. He was an avid gardener and could turn a dry desolate area into a lush vibrant garden in no time. Henry adored animals and always had dogs and cats his care. 

He leaves behind the two children of his heart whom he raised from early childhood: Niece, Isabella Williams of Las Vegas, NV and Nephew, James Guillen of Visalia. Also bereaved are sisters: Rose Rains (Dale) of Lindsay, Elizabeth Rowland (Tommy) of Porterville, Loretta Delgado (Alberto) of Exeter and Josie Mejia (Jesse) of Visalia. Brothers: Jesse Renteria (Rhonda) and George Renteria (Susan) both of Cayucos, and David Renteria of Brookings OR. Henry loved children and he especially loved all his nieces and nephews including: Nicole Camerena (Rick) of Santa Margarita, Jessup Renteria of Lakeview OR, Ruey Rowland (Jessica) and Zane Rowland both of Porterville, Georgie Renteria and Jasper Delgado both of Exeter, Patti Garcia, Luz Mejia-Macias, Jesse Mejia Jr. and Sebastian Mejia all of Visalia, and several great nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and his brother-in-law Dale Rains.

A celebration of life will be held, Friday, February 6th at 11:00 a.m. at Lindsay New Beginnings Church, 835 W. Tulare Ave, Lindsay CA. Interment at Exeter Cemetery to follow immediately after service.
