Freddy Orosco Requejo

Fred Orosco Requejo was born on April 28, 1960 to parents Felix Requejo and
Virginia Orosco-Requejo. Our beloved Fred departed this life on January 25,
2025 at the age of 64 surrounded by family when he lost his battle to cancer. Our hearts are heavily broken, but we know he is rejoicing, entering eternal life into the Heavens above with his beloved mom, his big brothers and beautiful sisters.
Fred battled different types of cancer for a long part of his life; but because he was a fighter, he never stopped his will to live nor did he give into his illness. By Gods mercy he would continue to overcome living life throughout his battles with endured determination, courage and his wholehearted will to live life. If you know Fred, you know him to always have his dog in one hand and a Michelada in the other. He loved sports. He’s a big time fan of his Rams football and Giants baseball teams. He enjoyed a good poker, pool, or dice game, especially when he was winning. Fred loved hanging out at the Orange, even if it was to walk in and out for only one minute to say hello. He loved to visit with all
his friends and family, even the stores he often frequented to say hi to the people behind the counters. Fred had a few one of a kind dance moves that will forever bring smiles to us. Uncle Freddy is so loved by all his nieces and nephews, to some hes known as Big Fred. He had some close bonds with a few of his life-long friends who cherished that friendship throughout their lifetime together.
Fred is survived by his beloved Son Anthony Jerome Requejo. His life
Companion Renee Diaz. His last surviving sibling Sister Rachel Requejo. His
Uncle and Aunt, John and Ruth Requejo. All of Lindsay, CA.
Fred was the youngest sibling of nine. He is preceded in death by his parents Felix and Virginia. All his big brothers Gilbert, Richard, Michael, Rudy and Larry Requejo. His loving sister Carol and his sweetheart sister Alice.
Funeral services will be at Webb Sanders & Smith Funeral Home, 163 S. Mirage Lindsay, CA. Viewing will be on Thursday February 13, 2025 from 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Celebration of Life will be held in the funeral home & Chapel on Friday February 14, 2025 to begin at 11:00 am; interment will follow at Lindsay Strathmore Public Cemetery.
