Daniel Ambriz Jr.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Lindsay for Daniel Ambriz, 75 of Visalia, formerly of Lindsay, who passed away March 27. The Reverend Henry Rivera will officiate and interment will follow at Lindsay Strathmore Public Cemetery.

Daniel was born October 12, 1950 In Porterville to Daniel and Luisa Ambriz and was raised and attended schools in Lindsay. He graduated from Lindsay High School, College of the Sequoias and then went on to Fresno State where he obtained his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He worked as a Quality Control Analyst for the Employment Development Department for the State of California for some 30+ years. Daniel was married to Anna L. Martinez. He enjoyed fishing, going to concerts, BBQ’s and spending time with his family and friends. He also remodeled his parent’s home and enjoyed working on that project.

Daniel was preceded in death by his wife Anna; parents Daniel and Louisa Ambriz and brothers Tom Ambriz and Ralph Ambriz. He is survived by his sister Diane Ambriz Rodriguez (Victor) of Fresno; Step-son Chris Huerta (Domencia) and their blended family: Christopher Huerta Jr., Charlie Huerta, Alyssa Huerta, Cristiana Huerta and Alyssa Arce, Hailey, Miley and Jakob; His sister-in-law Leticia Ambriz and Niece Amanda Ambriz as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held for Daniel on Wednesday, April 15 from 2:00 until 7:00 P.M. at Webb Sanders & Smith Funeral Home
