OBITUARY OF BARBARA ANNE PEMBER

January 6, 1937 to June 26, 2024

Age 87

Barbara Anne Pember, passed away June 26, 2024, at Kaweah medical center in Visalia, CA. She was born to Paul and Margaret Kneiseler of Gardena, ca. Barbara with her older Sister Pauline grew up in Gardena, and Redondo Beach. Barbara, Loved the mountains, traveling, and her rose gardens. Barbara was loved by all who met her! She was an Awesome Sister, to Pauline Germain her sister, a Loving and caring mother to her 6 children. Barbara spent many times helping Lindsay City Council members, Pro tem Serna and Mayor Caudillo as well as Lindsay Chamber of commerce, President Serna by volunteer to do whatever help needed to meet the people in the community. She was an avid supporter for our Lindsay Police Officers. Barbara, is survived by her Husband of 50 years, Gary L. Pember of Sacramento Her older sister, Pauline Germain of Colorado, her 6 children, her son's David Chavez of Tennessee, Arthur Chavez of Tennessee, Frank Chavez of Murrietta, Ca. Her Daughters: Ramona and husband Robert Velazquez of Lindsay, Ca. Paula and husband Daniel Chadwell of Idaho. Joined in Death with her Daughter Tonie Saltarelli, and her Brother Rodger Kneiseler, and her brother- in- law Tony Germain, along with her parents. Barbara loved visiting and traveling to see all her 20 Grandchildren, and 29 Great Grandchildren. She was very close with her sister Pauline and always had a special place in her heart for her Nieces and Nephews.
