Aurelio Lozano Jr. Obituary

On the morning of April 24th, 2024 of the year of our lord, Aurelio Cano Lozano (aka Al or AC) passed away peacefully in his sleep.

His soul was reunited with his family on his way to his eternal resting place. He aspired to much, and accomplished what many a man nowadays only dreams of… the purchase of a house, the possession of trade-skills, and most importantly the love of a family. He is survived by them: two sons, a young daughter, and his loving wife.

He was born to his mother and father and a host of siblings in Tamaulipas, Mexico , and before he was 10 his family migrated to the US to pursue The American Dream. He rests knowing that he achieved just that and more. What he possessed more than anything though was his indomitable will  and his otherworldly dependability. His big heart drove much of what he did for his friends and family, and as such he spent his life improving the surroundings of others as a carpenter, handyman, and all-around reliable soul. He will be sorely missed by all that had even a chance encounter with him (on his good days).

Services were held 5/10/24 at the Porterville Cemetery. He was honored with a 21-gun salute, and was interred beside his beloved young-son. May God put him to good work.
